Realtor Brigade Group acquires 20.19 acres in Bengaluru for Rs.588-Cr
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited has acquired a 20.19 acre land parcel in Whitefield-Hoskote corridor of Bengaluru for INR 588.33 crore.The land is positioned near major IT Hubs, industrial corridors, and emerging infrastructure projects, the site will include diverse components, blending residential, commercial, and retail spaces with a total development potential of 4.2 million square feet.
