Realtor DLF to sell IT SEZ park in Kolkata to Srijan Group for Rs.693-Cr
Realtor DLF is selling its IT SEZ park in Kolkata to Srijan Group for around INR 693 crore on a slump sale basis.The IT/ITeS SEZ park comprises a freehold land parcel measuring around 25.90 acres in Kolkata along with constructed building called DLF Techno Park which has a gross leasable area of around 10,54,357 square feet.Srijan Group is a real estate developer primarily operating in Eastern and Southern India. The group has a diversified portfolio including residential projects like gated communities, commercial spaces, IT parks, logistics parks, and shopping malls, along with hospitality establishments and retail outlets.
