Realtor G Square acquires TVS Group founder's legacy land in Madurai for Rs.167-Cr
Chennai-based G Square Group has acquired a five-acre heritage land parcel in Madurai from TVS Group for INR 167 crore.The acquired land, formerly owned by T V Sundaram Iyengar, the founder of the TVS Group, will be developed into a premium residential and commercial plotted project named G Square Temple View Square (TVS) in Periyar, Madurai. The project includes 55 plots, consisting of 50 residential and five commercial plots.
