Realtor Homeland Group acquires two land parcels in Mohali for over Rs.1,000-Cr

Punjab-based Homeland Group has acquired two mixed land-use parcels in Mohali for over INR 1,000 crore through an e-auction by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA). These acquisitions were made in collaboration with VRC.The first parcel, 5.5 acres located opposite YPS School on the Chandigarh border, was acquired for about INR 400 crore. The second parcel, 13 acres in Sector 62, was acquired at about INR 47 crore per acre, with the total exceeding INR 600 crore. Both projects will be developed as mixed land-use developments, featuring residential apartments integrated with commercial spaces.
