Realtor Kolte-Patil acquires 2 redevelopment projects in Mumbai's Goregaon

Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers is to redevelop two housing societies in the micro-market of Bangur Nagar in Goregaon, a western suburb of Mumbai. The projects with total saleable area of around 4.8 lakh sq ft are estimated to have revenue potential of INR 950 crore. The Pune-based company has already executed a residential redevelopment project spread over 2.77 lakh sq ft in the same area. The project has already been sold out with a sales value of INR 495 crore. Between April and May, the company acquired four new projects, two in Pune and two in Mumbai, with the total development potential of nearly 2.6 million sq ft with revenue potential of INR 2,500 crores.
