Realtor Kolte-Patil acquires 2 redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs

Realty developer Kolte-Patil Developers has bagged two projects involving redevelopment of housing societies in the western suburbs of Mumbai with total saleable area of over 3.06 lakh sq ft translating into top-line potential of INR 545 crore. The two projects are in Mumbai’s Dahisar and Versova suburbs.
