Realtor Signature Global buys 2 land parcels in Gurugram
Real estate firm Signature Global has acquired two land parcels in Gurugram to build housing projects. A subsidiary firm of Signature Global has executed two sale deeds to purchase the lands measuring approximately 9.96 acres situated at Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram. These lands have a potential sales area of about 0.53 million (5.3 lakh) sq ft.Recently, Signature Global announced plans to raise INR 875 crore through issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to refinance debt and expand business.
Between May-17 and May-22, Signature Global had attracted about USD 113 M from HDFC Capital Advisors, IFC and KKR.
