RIL Jt-CFO Venkatachari buys 2 apts in Mumbai's Prabhadevi for Rs.40-Cr

Shrikanth Venkatachari, Reliance Industries' joint chief financial officer, has bought two adjacent apartments in a prime under-construction sea-facing residential project in Central Mumbai's Prabhadevi for more than INR 40 crore. The apartments are spread over 665 sq ft on the 41st floor of the tower '25 South'. They have access to six car-parking slots. The deals attracted a stamp duty of INR 1.2 crore. The project is being developed by Mumbai-based developers Hubtown and the Wadhwa Group.
