RSVM Hospitality acquires 18.6 acres in Thane for Rs.498-Cr
Amravati, Maharashtra-based RSVM Hospitality has acquired about 18.6 acres of land in Majiwada, Thane district, for over INR 498 crore, in two separate transactions from entities of the Neterwala Group.The first transaction saw Chemicals and Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd sell an 8.1-acre plot to RSVM for INR 239.9 crore. The second transaction involved the purchase of 10.1 acres of land from Uni Abex Alloy Products, a listed company, for INR 257.8 crore. Both selling entities are part of the Neterwala Group.
