Shriram Properties sells 3.9 acres in Chennai for Rs,93-Cr

Shriram Properties Limited has sold its 3.9 acre land parcel in Chennai to a healthcare and educational group for INR 93 crore. The company owned the land through its wholly-owned subsidiary SPL Shelters.
