Signature Global to invest Rs.700-Cr to develop independent floors in Gurugram
Realty developer Signature Global will invest INR 700 crore to develop 1296 independent premium floors in 324 plots spread across 20.6 acre in Gurugram. Signature Global is majorly supported by IFC and HDFC Capital. Each plot will have four air conditioned floors with parking in stilt, where each floor can be separately registered. The company has launched 22,514 units so far and intends to launch 4 new projects under the DeenDayal Jan AwasYojana (DDJAY) in Gurugram this fiscal.
