Stanchart sells Mumbai BKC office for Rs.197-Cr
Standard Chartered Bank has sold a commercial property located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to Advanced Realty for INR 197 crore. The property is situated in the commercial tower Parinee Crescenzo and encompasses a chargeable area of 28,516 sq ft and a carpet area of 27,003 sq ft, along with 27 designated car parking slots. Based on the chargeable area, the deal translates to a rate of approximately INR 69,084 per sq ft.Standard Chartered Bank will continue to maintain other offices within the same commercial tower.
