Sushma Group raises Rs.50-Cr from SBI for holiday home project in Himachal Pradesh

Chandigarh-based real estate developer Sushma Group has raised INR 50 crore from the State Bank of India for its under-construction holiday homes project. The funds raised will be used for developing a holiday homes project, Sushma Elementa, which is being developed at a 60-minute drive from Chandigarh on Kasauli Road, in the hill town of Dharampura in Himachal Pradesh.
