Tata Housing to develop two more projects in Maldives

Tata Housing, a subsidiary of Tata Group's real estate development arm Tata Realty & Infrastructure, is strengthening its international presence with two new residential projects in Maldives. The developer has entered into an agreement with the government of Maldives to develop these two projects through a public-private partnership.
