Tata Value Homes to invest Rs.600-Cr in luxury housing project in Noida

Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata Housing, will invest INR 600 crore in its project Eureka Park, Noida which will comprise approximately 650 3BHK units. Apart from amenities such as lawn, seating area, kids play area, and sports facilities, the project will also feature app-controlled automation to operate smart home appliances, keyless home entry through passcode, gazebos with Wi-Fi access and RFID-assisted parking.
