Warehousing co. Welspun One acquires 2 land parcels totalling 107 acres in Bengaluru

Warehousing and industrial real estate development and investment platform Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP) has acquired two land parcels - 51 acres in Hoskote and 56 acres in Devanahalli in Bengaluru.With these additions, the company’s regional land bank now exceeds 260 acres across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.In East Bengaluru’s Hoskote cluster, WOLP will develop a Proxima-category park, a Grade-A warehousing hub. This micro-market is home to occupiers such as Amazon, Flipkart, and DHL.The 56-acre Devanahalli site, part of WOLP’s premium Proxima Plus category, will be developed near the Airport City and the proposed Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP).
