Wind energy player Suzlon sells HQ in Pune for Rs.440-Cr to OE Business Park; leases it back
Renewable energy solutions provider Suzlon Energy has entered into a property sale and leaseback transaction for its headquarters, One Earth, in Pune.The company has sold the property for INR 440 crore to OE Business Park Pvt Ltd (OEBPPL), a special purpose vehicle, shares of which are held by funds managed by 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management. The property has been leased back for five years. This move is part of Suzlon's strategy to monetize non-core assets and reinvest in its core business, supporting its growth and expanding orderbook.
