Cognizant to acquire Australia-based SAP implementation firm DyFlex

New Jersey (US)- and Chennai-based IT services firm Cognizant Technology is to acquire Perth, Australia-based AI-led SAP implementation firm DyFlex . The transaction, which is Cognizant’s third acquisition of 2026, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.Founded in 2011, DyFlex provides advisory, consulting, implementation, and managed services across the SAP ecosystem, with operations in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. The firm serves clients across sectors such as mining, energy, utilities, manufacturing, logistics, and the public sector.
