Juniper Hotels eyes acquisitions in metros
Juniper Hotels is targeting an expansion of its portfolio to 4,000 keys by FY31. The company is open to forming partnerships with various hotel brands and is exploring opportunities for brownfield expansion and asset acquisitions near large metropolitan areas. The firm has already invested INR 1,900 crore in four hotel projects currently under development in Bengaluru, Delhi, Guwahati, and Kaziranga National Park.Founded by Arun Kumar Saraf and Varun Saraf, the company operates as the largest manager of Hyatt Hotels in India and recently partnered with Marriott International to launch a 238-key Westin hotel near the Bengaluru airport.
