Pushti Warehousing acquired by Alta Capital, Logicap

Alta Capital and Logicap acquired the entire share capital of Mumbai-headquartered Pushti Warehousing, an Antonov Group SPV, along with its warehousing project being developed in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The transaction also included the acquisition of an additional 13.7 acres of land in Bhiwandi for the development of warehousing infrastructure.Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Alta Capital and Logicap on the acquisition.Pushti is engaged in the construction and development of industrial park projects for warehousing and industrial activities, with an existing project spanning approximately 25 acres of land.
