Reliance Brands acquires 51% in fashion label Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla

Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) has acquired a 51% stake in Mumbai-based couturiers Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (AJSK). Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla will continue to lead the design and creative direction of the brand. In the past couple of years, Reliance has invested in multiple designer brands including Satya Paul, Ritu Kumar, Raghavendra Rathore, ak-ok, Manish Malhotra, Abraham & Thakore (A&T) and has also entered into a JV with Rahul Mishra.
