Suba Group acquires leisure hospitality chain 1589 Hotels

Mumbai-based hospitality firm Suba Group, which operates in the mid-tier segment, has acquired a controlling stake in Gurugram-based leisure budget hospitality chain 1589 Hotels. The acquired properties will become a part of Suba's budget hotel brand Click Hotels. The deal takes Suba's portfolio to 22 destinations in India.
