B2B commerce platform Moglix completes $3-M ESOP buyback; expands pool to $10-M

Noida-based B2B commerce unicorn Moglix has completed an ESOP buyback programme worth USD 3 million, with employees selling up to 25% of their shares. The company has also expanded its ESOP pool to USD 10 million that will include more than 300 employees under the programme. Moglix had recently raised USD 120 million in series E fundraise last month, entering the unicorn club (valuation of USD 1 billion).
