Cloud kitchen unicorn Rebel Foods raises Rs.75-Cr from Alteria Capital
Pune-based cloud kitchen unicorn Rebel Foods has raised INR 75 crore (USD 9.22 million) venture debt from Alteria Capital. Rebel Foods would issue 7,500 Series E non-convertible debentures (NCD) to Alteria Capital at INR 1,00,000 per debenture. Rebel Foods runs 4,000 cloud kitchens across 45 brands such as Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Biryani Blues and Ovenstory Pizza. Besides India, it has presence in Indonesia, the UAE, the UK, Singapore and Malaysia. The company has a physical outlet on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
