EV financing platform Mufin Green Finance attracts $1-M from Shell Foundation
Delhi-based electric vehicle (EV) financing platform Mufin Green Finance has raised INR 8 crore (about USD 1 million) from Shell Foundation. Founded in 2016 by Kapil Garg, Mufin Green Finance aims to democratise EV financing and leasing space with income generation solutions. The company has financed EVs worth over INR 350 crore and its assets under management (AUM) stand at INR 300 crore. The firm plans to increase its portfolio by at least 20X in the next three years. The company further plans to expand in the northern and eastern Indian regions.
