Filmtec in JV with Sweden-based plastic film solutions maker Trioworld
Valsad, Gujarat-based packaging products manufacturer Filmtec has entered into a joint venture with Sweden-based Trioworld Group , a producer of innovative high-performance plastic film solutions in Europe and North America. Veritas Legal and Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal advisors to Trioworld Group for this transaction.This joint venture is expected to help Trioworld to tap into the Indian market and provide a platform for expanding into neighboring markets in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.Founded in 2019, Filmtec specializes in manufacturing ultra high-performance stretch films and POF shrink films. It is also engaged in the production of encapsulation films for solar PV modules.
