Finnish food co Paulig sells Russia ops to Indian investor Vikas Soi
Privately-owned Finnish food and drink company Paulig has sold its operations in Russia to private Indian investor Vikas Soi, joining a scramble among Finnish companies to exit the country amid worries Moscow may seize assets. Paulig's operations in Russia including the coffee roastery in Tver and 200 employees will transfer to the new owner. Paulig's brands and recipes are not included in the sale.
