San Diego, CA (USA)- and Bengaluru-based Netradyne Technology, an AI-based fleet safety solutions vendor, has raised USD 150 million in Series C funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund, at a valuation of nearly USD 1 billion. Existing investors Point72 Ventures and M12 also participated in the round. It prompts drivers and delivers analytics to fleet operators, helping improve safety and efficiency. The fleet technology startup has over 1,000 customers in the US and India. It currently employs more than 300 people and plans to double that over next 12 months.
