Graviss Group in talks for Dunkin’ India franchise rights

Mumbai-based Graviss Group is in talks to acquire the India franchise rights for the US-based coffee and donut chain Dunkin ’ from its global parent, Inspire Brands. This development follows the decision by Jubilant FoodWorks to terminate its 15-year franchise agreement with Dunkin’ by December 31, 2026, due to mounting losses.Graviss Group operates as the current Indian partner for ice-cream chain Baskin Robbins. The firm manages over 800 ice-cream parlours across 230 cities. The company also holds interests in the hospitality and real estate sectors, including ownership of the InterContinental Marine Drive hotel in Mumbai and the low-calorie brand The Brooklyn Creamery. Graviss Foods, the group's food business, recorded revenue of Rs.354-Cr for FY25.Graviss intends to restructure the Dunkin’ operations in India by introducing localized dessert offerings, sugar-free menu options, and an overall expansion of the menu to address the performance challenges faced by the donut-and-coffee concept.
