ICDs: Concor to lease Railway land for 35 yrs in Rs.3,500- Cr deal
State-owned Container Corporation of India (Concor) will lease for 35 years from the Indian Railways the land on which it has built 24 of its 64 inland container depots (ICDs) by paying upfront 99% of the market value of the land.
