Jana SFB’s promoter entities to monetise stake to repay debenture holders
Bengaluru-based Jana Small Finance Bank’s promoter entities, Jana Holdings and Jana Capital, plan to monetise their shareholding in the bank to repay their debenture holders.The promoter entities have restructured their outstanding listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating Rs.420-Cr, extending the maturity date from June 30 to December 31, 2026. The two promoter entities would use these funds to service debt obligations following a restructuring agreement.
