NCLT initiates insolvency proceedings against MEP Infra over Rs.128-Cr default
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has initiated the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd on a plea filed by Bank of India claiming a default of INR 127.86 crore.
