SHREM InvIT issues units on private placement basis

SHREM Infrastructure Investment Trust (Shrem InvIT) has made one of the first issuances by a road sector InvIT on a private placement basis. The InvIT has a large portfolio of operating assets (24 assets) with projects panning across all four delivery models of PPP (i.e., HAM, Annuity, Toll, Toll & Annuity).
