Wipro sells entire stake in security firm IntSights to US firm Rapid7 for $19.17 M

Boston, MA (USA)-based Rapid7 has acquired New York-based IntSights Cyber Intelligence - which provides contextualised external threat intelligence and proactive threat remediation - for USD 335 million in cash and stock. As part of the acquisition, Bengaluru-based, publicly listed Wipro has sold its entire stake in IntSights for USD 19.17 million. During 2016-19, Wipro had acquired a less than 20% in IntSights for USD 4.21 million.
