1K Kirana Bazaar raises $25-M led by Alpha Wave Global

Gurugram-based kirana-tech platform 1K Kirana Bazaar has raised INR 195 crore (USD 25 million) in its Series B round from new and existing investors. Alpha Wave Global has led the round with INR 89.62 crore followed by Info Edge which has put in INR 81.98 crore. Kae Capital, Beacon Trusteeship Ltd, Kalysta Capital, Elite Zilla, Infimomentum Ventures, Sachin Sharma have also invested in this round. The company is to allot 20 equity shares and 7,600 preference shares at INR 256,045 per share.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: 1K Kirana Bazaar had raised USD 7 million in a Series A round led by Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital in Aug-21. In Aug-19, it had raised USD 1.5 million in its seed round led by Kae Capital and 1Crowd.
