Bengaluru-based startup AuraML has raised USD 230,000 in a pre-seed funding round from Indian Angel Network (IAN). Angel investors Uday Sodhi, Neeraj Saran, and KRS Jamwal participated in the funding round. Founded in 2023 by Ayush Sharma and Arjun Gupta, AuraML is working on developing a technology using generative AI to enable users to create realistic-looking 3D worlds and images. AuraML aims to address challenges related to data privacy, sharing, and collection for training computer vision algorithms, improving accuracy and reducing costs. The funds will be used to optimize its proprietary synthetic data generation engine and hire skilled staff for its founding engineering team. The startup also plans to expand its presence in the US and European markets and launch its cloud platform.
