3One4 Capital raises $200-M for 4th VC fund
3one4 Capital, the Bangalore-based early-stage focused VC investor, has raised USD 200 million - split equally from domestic and international investors - for its fourth fund. It now has over USD 750 million in assets under management. Fund IV's backers include banks, mutual fund operators, US university endowments, global sovereign funds, global corporations, and insurance companies among others. Thee dollar investments will be routed through the firm's debut fund at GIFT IFSC. The firm will focus on consumer internet, SaaS, fintech, and enterprise and SMB digitisation, while increasing investments in newer areas such as digital health, and climate tech. Its investments will range from pre-seed to Series A, with cheques between USD 0.5 million and USD 5 million.
