Adani Green Energy raises Rs.2,337-Cr

Publicly-listed Adani Green Energy has raised INR 2,337.52 crore through an issue of warrants to Ardour Investment Holding on a private placement basis. The firm issued 6,31,43,677 warrants of INR 1,480.75 each.Upon conversion, the warrant holder will hold a 3.83% equity stake in the company, on a fully diluted basis.
