Aevitas exits realty firm Dasnac with Rs.550-Cr

Aevitas Property Partners managed Kautilya Finance, a real estate investment platform backed by the Washington State Investment Board, has exited its investment in the New Delhi-based real estate developer Dasnac . The realized proceeds of INR 550-Cr comprise the cumulative principal repayments and contractual interest accrued from the investment portfolio over the multi-year tenure.Founded in New Delhi, Dasnac is engaged in residential, retail, office, student housing, and hospitality projects. The company manages a portfolio with a revenue potential exceeding INR 4,000-Cr. Dasnac plans to utilize its current development pipeline to grow its footprint across the Noida market, where it is actively developing over 2 million square feet.
