Affle Global picks up 13% more in content discovery platform Indus OS
Singapore-based technology company Affle Global has picked up an additional 13.09 % stake in Mumbai-based content discovery platform Indus OS. Affle bought the additional stake in OSlabs, the parent company of Indus OS, via secondary purchase from Samsung Ventures. With this, Affle and its affiliates now have nearly 60% of investor voting rights tied to the issued preference shares in Indus OS. The deal reportedly valued Indus OS at USD 90 million.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In July 2019, Samsung Venture Investment Corporation (SVIC) along with participation from Ventureast, had acquired about 20% stake for USD 5.75 million in Indus OS.
