After-sales service provider for gadgets Servify raises Rs.46.5 Cr from CE-Ventures, Trifecta

Mumbai-based post-sales service firm Servify has raised INR 46.5 crore (USD 5.7 million) in a new tranche of Series D round from CE-Ventures (Crescent Enterprises Venture Capital) and Trifecta Capital. The funding was a mix of equity and debt. CE-Ventures put in INR 16.5 crore in exchange for equity while Trifecta gave INR 30 crore in debt. Servify raised USD 65 million in Series D financing round eight months ago. It has raised over USD 120 million to date and is currently valued in the range of USD 680 to USD 700 million. Servify offers brand-authorized after-sales support for mobile phones, personal gadgets, electronics and home appliances. The platform allows consumers to add their household electronic gadgets onto the platform and access authentic brand-authorized service during or beyond the warranty period.
