Agri-tech platform Arya raises $60-M in debt & equity from Asia Impact, DFC, others

Noida-based integrated grain commerce platform Arya.org (promoted by Arya Collateral Warehousing Services Pvt Ltd) has closed its Series C round, having raised USD 60 million in a mix of equity and debt. The equity round was led by Asia Impact SA, Lightrock India and Quona Capital. The agritech platform also raised debt financing from the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) among others. Arya.ag has been valued at $300 million in this funding round, which is a 5X jump from its previous valuation. Asia Impact received legal advice from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Setuka Partners was the advisor on the debt funding from DFC. The company connects sellers and buyers of agriproduce, providing complete assurance on quantity, quality and payments.
