Agri-tech startup DeHaat raises $46-M from existing investors

Gurugram-based agri-tech startup DeHaat has raised USD 46 million (INR 366.6 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Sofina Ventures. Other existing investors RTP Global, Prosus Ventures and Lightrock India also participated in the round. DeHaat alloted 2,69,192 Series E preference shares at an issue price of INR 13,620 apiece to the investors. Sofina Ventures' stake in DeHaat will increase to 11.73% post this funding round. DeHaat's consolidated loss rose 198% to INR 54.1 crore in FY21 from INR 18.1 crore in FY20.
