AI-enabled HR Tech startup Humantic raises $1.5 M from Binny Bansal, Gokul Rajaram, others
Bangalore and Palo Alto, CA (USA)-based personality assessment startup Humantic AI has raised USD 1.5 million in a funding round from Gokul Rajaram, Binny Bansal (Co-Founder of Flipkart), John Donovan (Ex-CEO, AT&T communications), Amit Singh, board member of Asana and Bradley Horowitz (VP of Product of Google). Another investor in the round, Observe AI's Co-Founder Sharath Keshava Narayana, is joining Humantic AI's board. Humantic provides AI-driven behavior and personality assessment of a candidate without requiring the candidate's attention or time. It helps Talent Acquisition teams truly understand candidates beyond their resume without requiring a traditional questionnaire or test.
