AI-powered employee service desk startup Rezolve raises $11-M led by SIG
Rezolve.ai, a Pune- and California (US)-based AI-powered employee service SaaS platform, has closed around USD 11 million in Series A led by the SIG Venture Capital with participation from Exfinity Venture Partners and follow-on investments from existing investors 9Unicorns and Tri Valley Ventures. Veda Corporate Advisors were the advisors for Rezolve for the round. Rezolve.ai helps businesses automate their employee support, IT and HR tasks, and processes. Integrated within collaborative channels such as MS Teams and Slack, Rezolve.ai offers features such as Smart AI Chatbot, Knowledge Management, AI-Powered Ticketing, Conversational Microlearning, Desktop Automation, Live Expert Connect, Task Automation, and Workflow Approvals. The new funds will be used to scale growth and build capabilities of the platform to deliver employee service experience.
