AI-based enterprise software firm Insent.Ai acquired by US co ZoomInfo
Vancouver, WA (USA)-based, Nasdaq-listed intelligence solutions firm ZoomInfo has acquired Chennai-based Insent.Ai, a conversational marketing platform that identifies website visitors in real time, uses artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced lead routing rules to initiate real-time conversations, and increases conversions. Insent is a portfolio company of seed VC firm Arali Ventures. The combination of ZoomInfo's B2B intelligence paired with Insent's AI-driven routing capabilities is expected to provide enterprise users with personalised experiences without overwhelming internal teams.
