Alcobev startup IST Hard Seltzer raises Rs.3-Cr from IAN
Pune-based IST Hard Seltzer, an alcoholic beverage startup, has raised an INR 3 crore seed funding round led by Indian Angel Network (IAN). The round was led by IAN investors Vishnuraj Kunjur and Ajay Upadhyaya. The company aims to use the funds for increasing its workforce and strengthening marketing efforts. IST Hard Seltzer aims to create the hard seltzer market in India by introducing a relatable next-gen drink that “inspires a change to drink differentlyâ€. After a launch in Goa, IST Hard Seltzer will focus on Daman and Bangalore as the next markets. It also plans to expand to Delhi, Maharashtra and Telangana.
