Algo Legal and founder Sandeep Kapoor withdraw defamation suit against Sequoia
Law firm Algo Legal and its founder Sandeep Kapoor - who was Sequoia Capital India's former General Counsel - have withdrawn their INR 1 crore defamation suit filed before a Bengaluru court against Sequoia as well as several media outlets. Kapoor and Algo had contended that the publication of false news items resulted in the exit of three partners and other lawyers from the firm.
