Amazon in talks to acquire logistics firm Ecom Express: report
US-based Amazon.com is in talks to acquire more than 51% in logistics firm Ecom Express for USD 500-600 million.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Apr-13 and Dec-20, Ecom Express had raised over USD 400 M from investors including Partners Group, British International Investment and Warburg Pincus.
