Amazon to buy out Catamaran Ventures stake in online retail JV Cloudtail
E-commerce major Amazon is to acquire the stake held by Catamaran Ventures in Prione Business Services, the parent firm of online retail service Cloudtail. In August, Amazon and Infosys founder Narayana Murthy promoted Catamaran had announced that they will not continue their joint venture beyond May 2022.
